This page explains what Yes Cap collects, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. Yes Cap is operated by Cargado.
What we collect from carriers
- Your DOT number, which we use to fetch FMCSA public-record data (legal name, DBA, HQ city/state, power units, drivers, safety rating, authority status, cargo classifications).
- What you tell the onboarding AI: lanes, equipment, service areas, differentiators, years in business, tagline, description.
- Contact email (after you verify it) so brokers can reply to you.
- Your chat transcript and profile edits, to improve the service.
- A session identifier and an ownership token stored as httpOnly cookies, used solely to tie edits to the right profile.
What we collect about your brokers
- The email addresses, names, and company labels you upload, paste, or add manually.
- Per-send logs: which broker you sent which trucklist to, Resend message ID, success/fail status, any error returned.
- Unsubscribe events from the per-recipient unsubscribe link.
You are the sender of record. We process broker data on your behalf as a service provider and don’t use it to market our own services to them.
Who we share with
- Anthropic — onboarding and message-cleanup chat goes through Claude. Your chat content is subject to Anthropic’s API terms; we don’t opt in to training.
- Resend — the email-sending infrastructure Yes Cap uses. Broker addresses and the rendered email are passed to Resend for delivery.
- FMCSA — public DOT lookups. Only your DOT number is sent, not any private profile data.
- Supabase / Vercel — hosting and database, under standard data-processing terms.
