What is Yes Cap?
Yes Cap is a free carrier marketing platform. Trucking companies can build a public, AI-discoverable profile in about three minutes using only their USDOT number — and share one link whenever a broker asks for capacity.
Is Yes Cap free for carriers?
Yes. Yes Cap is free for carriers during the beta. There is no paid tier, no per-load fee, and no upsell today. Brokers and shippers may eventually pay for premium discovery features.
What's a USDOT number and how do I find mine?
A USDOT number is your federal motor-carrier registration with FMCSA. Every interstate trucking company has one. You can look yours up at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov by searching your company name, or find it printed on the side of your trucks.
How fast can I publish my profile?
Most carriers publish in under three minutes. Yes Cap auto-fills the FMCSA fields (legal name, MC number, fleet size, safety rating) from your USDOT lookup, then asks a few short questions about your lanes, equipment, and specialties.
Does my profile show up in Google?
Yes. Every published profile is indexable by Google, Bing, and the major AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini). Each profile includes LocalBusiness structured data with your USDOT, fleet size, equipment, and lanes so search engines and LLMs can cite you directly.
Can I add Spanish?
Coming in Wave 3. We'll publish a Spanish-language mirror at /es/ so MX-domiciled carriers and bilingual fleets can present in their preferred language without losing the English SEO surface.
Will brokers be able to find me?
Yes. Profiles are linkable today — paste the URL anywhere a broker asks for capacity. A searchable carrier directory (by lane, equipment, city, cross-border capability) is shipping in Wave 2.
Who owns my data?
You do. The carrier-provided fields on your profile are yours; the FMCSA-published fields are public federal records that Yes Cap surfaces but does not own. You can edit, unpublish, or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard.
