Yes Cap (“we”, “us”) is a carrier-marketing service operated by Cargado. By using yescap.ai you agree to the terms below.
1. What Yes Cap is
Yes Cap lets motor carriers build a shareable profile based on their FMCSA registration and send available-capacity emails to broker contacts they supply. During beta, access is free.
2. Who can use it
You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the motor carrier whose DOT number you enter. Do not impersonate other carriers. Passenger carriers, household-goods movers, and non-freight operations are not in scope.
3. Your responsibility for contacts
You are responsible for the email addresses you upload. By uploading or pasting contacts you represent that you have a prior business relationship with each recipient or an equivalent opt-in, and you will honor unsubscribe requests. We pass unsubscribes through automatically via our infrastructure, but you are the sender of record under CAN-SPAM and equivalent laws.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Yes Cap to send content that is fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or unrelated to freight capacity. Don’t scrape the platform or circumvent the rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we believe are being misused, and to cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement or ISP abuse requests.
5. Service as-is
Yes Cap is provided on an “as is” basis during beta. We don’t guarantee uptime, deliverability, FMCSA data accuracy, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. We’re not liable for business losses arising from use of the service.

See the Privacy page for how we handle your data and your brokers’ data, and how to delete it.
7. Changes
We’ll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app with reasonable notice.
